However, Bosch PM sensor comes with a retaining screw for quick and easy installation. Let’s see how we can replace a faulty sensor probe step by step: Before getting into replacement procedure, set your tools ready needed for the process which includes, scissor, electrical tape, and soldering iron. If parts were bought at xenons4u, you’ll
What Does Code P2454 Mean? OBD II fault code P2454 is a generic code that is defined as “Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor “A” Circuit Low”, and is set on diesel vehicles when the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) detects an abnormally low voltage in the control and/or signal circuits of the Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure
The PCM registers the P2459 code when it detects that the exhaust pressure didn’t hit the right level or if the passive regeneration process didn’t follow the programmed frequency. The P2459 code can be caused by a bad DPF pressure sensor, a restricted DPF or exhaust system, accumulated soot, circuit problems, or an issue with the PCM.

I found the sensor that the tube is supposed to go to. I looked on the DPF delete pipe and there was a hose on the corresponding fitting but it was only about an inch and a half long.
Have you got the problem solved? I also have the same DTC code P2002 on my Mondeo 2.0 tdci duratorq -07 but I get it together with P1335 wich is a fault in the EGR System.

Mass air flow and intake air temperature sensors are located on the intake manifold of the Cummins 6.7L engine. NOx, O2, and differential pressure sensors are present on the exhaust manifold. You can find the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors on the left-hand side of the crank pulley beside each other. Furthermore, the EGR temperature sensor has a location on the crossover tube.
Open or shorted circuit/s in the DPF pressure sensor A circuit. Faulty DPF pressure sensor. When a code P2455 is stored, the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a high (or at least, higher than specifications) pressure signal from the circuit of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) pressure sensor that has been given
The DPF Pressure Hoses fitted on the Ford Mondeo IV and its derivatives are prone to premature failure. These vehicles are fitted with a pair of rubber hoses which run to and from the exhaust system either side of the DPF. These allow the connected pressure sensor to monitor the pressure differential either side of the
