The Hemi has a true ZF and the V6 has a ZF licensed design that's built by Chrysler. I've gotten comparable mileage on the same highway route but the V6 hunted gears more whereas the Hemi just used its torque to get up a hill without dropping gears. The Hemi is a pain in Eco mode so I drive it mainly with Eco off.
