Download SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 2. Go to this SQL Server download link. Select your language and press the Download button. SQL Server 2016 SP2 is available in the following languages: Chinese (simplified and traditional) English. French. German. Italian.
Step 1: Download Office Deployment Toolkit (ODT) Download Office Deployment Tool from Microsoft Download Center. Create a folder on the hard drive where you want to store the Office Setup files — e.g., E:\Office Setup. Run the ODT setup file, read and accept the license agreement. Install Microsoft Office 2016. Launch the setup.exe file. If a dialog box appears asking Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?, click Yes. On the Choose the Installation you want screen, press Upgrade or Install Now (for a new installation). You can choose Customize if you want to customize which features I will be installing this on a computer that cannot access the internet. Based on how I'm reading the install instructions, we should be able to use the Office Download tool to somehow pull the installer cabs from Microsoft's site and then use the same tool to deploy the product.
